Meet Rachel Yocum

Rachel Yocum brings more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education to her role as Owner of Ducklings Elverson. A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education, Rachel joined Ducklings in 2021 as the East Goshen Director and is proud to take the next step in her journey as a franchise owner.

Rachel’s connection to Ducklings is both professional and personal. Her two daughters are Ducklings graduates, who spent their early childhood years learning and growing alongside their mom in East Goshen. After moving to the Twin Valley community in 2025, Rachel and her family are excited to bring the Ducklings experience to Elverson and provide local families with a nurturing, individualized approach to early education that inspires children to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
